CTI - Acted as Interim Chief Executive Officer for a high tech software company with sales under $150,000 dollars per year with an enormous amount of debt. During the 6 month consulting assignment, a product and marketing positioning strategy was developed, personnel reorganized, outstanding software programming completed and all non-oriented software business eliminated from the operation. 

At the end of this consulting period, without any cash infusion, the company was out of debt and enjoyed good sales/profits.  During the next 24 months, the company generated more than $1.0 million in incremental sales (first 12 months) and more than $2.0 million during the second 12 months.
