About 30 days after you receive your 3780 package, you will begin to receive a message that you need to call CTI and Register your FastSync 3780 software.  This message will continue to be displayed for only about two additional weeks.  You should Register your 3780 software during this time period. 

Using your Windows Explorer, go to your  c:\fastsync folder, and click on the program named "Activate FastSync.exe" .

When you see the following screen, call CTI and we will have you read us the "Following Request Code" you see on your screen (not the code shown here).  We will then read you back a code that you will type in the box and click OK - these actions will activate your 3780 program on a permanent basis (this assumes, of course, that your program has been paid for).
