First, you need to develop a command [CMD] file. . The .cmd causes the program to run all the commands in a specified command file. For example, say you want to automatically dial into a particular Host Mainframe site to retrieve your data. You can use Notepad to do develop a file such as shown below...

Your Windows 3780 program has a WinFast icon on your desktop. Using your Mouse, right click on the icon and then left click on Properties and the following screen appears...
Here's how to automate your ORDERS.CMD. Within the Target box, where you see "C:\fastsync\FastSync.exe" add a space and .CMD(ORDERS.CMD)...then click Apply and OK. The icon will go back on your desktop and the next time you double click the icon it will automatically execute your command file.
