In June, 1999 CTI Communications introduced a new Y2K compliant, low cost, add-on software program called CTI-CTX.  This program is oriented to any supplier to DaimlerChrysler Corporation needing an easy, simple access to their Chrysler Telecommunication's eXchange (CTX) for purposes of sending and/or receiving EDI and/or Financial documents.  This program saves you the very difficult task of completing the Chrysler CTX 30 page (4 Phase) Approval process!  In 2002, a new Windows version (shown below) was introduced...

The CTI-CTX program takes the work out of establishing the 3780 BSC communications link into Chrysler's worldwide telecommunications network.  Normally, you need to use the traditional "Phase" approval method which can be long and frustrating.  The $995 CTI-CTX, Y2K compliant add-on program does the work for you and then provides an on-going simple user interface.  The program interfaces into the SyncPack2000e.

Other background information --- In 1993, CTI Communications worked with the Chrysler MIS Department to establish a similar program called CTI-CADX which provided hundreds of Chrysler production suppliers a simplified CAD file exchange to Chrysler's Engineering Technical Center.  This was a very successful program.  Now, we offer the CTI-CTX program to help DaimlerChrysler EDI and Financial based suppliers interface into the CTX mainframe at Chrysler's Telecommunications' data center.
