Our IP Mailbox Systems with total File Management

CTI also manufacturers and markets a secure, fast and dependable TCP/IP based client/server "drop-box" Store-and-Forward Mailbox System that can operate across multiple platforms in support of IT legacy investments.  This system reduces costs by enabling open connectivity with both you and your clients existing hardware and software.  The system is ideal for managing large file transfers, automatic re-linking broken files from point of break and providing outstanding audit trails for all files.

This 3rd generation IP oriented Mailbox System, called FastSync Hub, is just what many operations need to provide the next best thing to real-time, on-line data access, data sharing and is targeted to users who need easy access to specific files and who want to avoid the broad, complicated and difficult to manage security issues of allowing enterprise wide network access to all files.

The Mailbox includes powerful reporting and logging capabilities for informing management.

The FastSync Mailbox System is ideal for Extranets.  An Extranet is a network environment in which outside suppliers, customers, vendors, consultants, etc., are provided access to the applicable resources of an organization's internal network.
