Platforms that can support the FastSync Mailbox Client...

CTI's FastSync TCP/IP Client packages are designed to normally operate in Windows based Operating Systems such as:

  • Windows 95 and
  • Windows 98 Workstations,
  • Windows NT 3.51, 4.0x oriented Windows Workstations and Servers

However, FastSync Mailbox Clients are also known to operate on several UNIX based platforms.

Insignia Solutions, Inc., markets a product called SoftWindows 95 that allows Windows programs like our Client Mailbox to operate without any problems.  According to Insigna, the:

"Power Macintosh 7600/120 with 32Mb Memory. Installation went without a hitch, and after setting up dial up networking using a US Robotics Sportster modem, I was able to send and receive files and messages between Insignia and CTI. I'm sure the software did not know it wasn't running on an Intel-based PC!" See Testimonials link below.

SoftWindows 95 is also available on a variety of Unix platforms to run your software, in particular:

  • HPs running HP/UX 10.20,
  • IBMs running AIX 4.1.4,
  • Sun systems running Solaris 2.5 or SunOS 4.1.4 and
