CTI can provide on-site installation and configuration to integrate CTI’s mailbox products.  Products are normally integrated using TCP/IP NFS mounted systems in a LAN/WAN environment.  CTI charges $110/hour.  When appropriate, CTI recommends certain IBM Business Partners or others to implement CTI’s products and services.

When requested, CTI will provide specialized software programming to accommodate companies that desire unique communication interfaces into mainframe systems.  For example, CTI provided UNISYS with a special ASCII version of its FastSync 3780 to comply with Air Force requirements (see Recent News About CTI).
