Sync-Card for BSC 3780 File Transfers

Most 3780 BSC file transfers today are going to/from a host system that supports CCITT/ITU type V.32 (9,600 bps), V.32bis (14,400 bps), V.34 (28,800 bps), V34+ (33,600 bps) data transmissions and will not require the use of this internal sync-card.  These would all connect using CTI's SyncPack2000e Package and would NOT require a sync-card.

However, in some circumstances you WILL NEED THE CARD, for example when using a Bell 201c or Bell 208a/b protocol type external modem.
