Annual Technical Support and Maintenance

Unlike most software manufactures in the 3780 arena, CTI Communications does not charge its end users for Technical Support and Maintenance during the first year a customer has our FastSync 3780 products.

After the first year of use, we send out an Annual Technical Support and Maintenance Invoice to each end user who has a FastSync 3780 license. If it's paid they are entitled to on-going telephone support (e.g., re-installation help, system tweaking, etc.), along with any new software updates, bug fixes.

Established VARs are a problem because we don't always know who their end-users are so we send the Invoices to the VAR.  Normally these Invoices are not paid because the VAR knows how to handle most of the technical issues and besides, much of the information is located on our web site.

If the Invoice is not paid, we do not send another Invoice the following year.  Should one of these users who has not paid their support call for help, we ask that they pay back support plus a $100 reinstatement fee.  Again, this usually doesn't affect a VAR because they're pretty much up-to-date on the FastSync 3780 software and related hardware.
