Wal-Mart has decided that all of its vendors and suppliers must communicate directly with them and abandon the services of 3rd party networks like General Electronic, Sterling Commerce and Harbinger.  

CTI Communications offers vendors an inexpensive and reliable interface called the SyncPack2000e that includes FastSync 3780® bisynchronous software and related synchronous modem hardware to handle EDI Purchase Orders (850s) and Functional Acknowledgements (997s & 998s) directly with Wal-Mart, Sams and McLane host systems.  Plus, we include a special Wal-Mart Access Program user interface to simplify the entire process. Order Form

  1. Use the Wal-Mart Access program to pull your Orders directly from Wal-Mart.
  2. Use your EDI program to import your Orders and then generate your Functional Acknowledgements and Invoices.
  3. Use the Wal-Mart Access program to send your Functional Acknowledgements and Invoices to Wal-Mart.
