Services to XYZ Communications

 

CTI - Established and organized a new distribution division for a small service oriented company to market a hardware product line.  Established 50 dealers within the U.S. and several Value Added Resellers (VARs), along with European distributors. Investment was negligible, and first year sales were $285,000 dollars with more than a 50% net profit.

The second year ended with sales of $482,000 and a 45% net profit. The operation is now adding other synergistic products which are anticipated to generate an incremental $250,000 to $500,000 in sales during the first year with at least a 30% net return.

Following year sales were anticipated to be in a range between $1.2 and $2.0 million dollars while still maintaining high margins.  All projections were met.
